Provider participation agreement
These rules apply to service providers who apply for or accept work opportunities through We'll Handle That.
1. Independent provider status
Providers operate as independent businesses and are not employees, partners or agents of We'll Handle That. Providers are responsible for licensing, insurance, taxes, workers, tools, transportation, safety and legal compliance.
2. No fee to join; no guaranteed work
There is no fee to apply to the provider network. Approval and participation do not guarantee any minimum number, type or value of job opportunities.
3. Job acceptance
Each opportunity will include available scope, location, timing and proposed provider payout. A provider is not committed until the provider affirmatively accepts the job. By accepting, the provider agrees to complete the approved scope for the stated payout unless a written change is approved in advance.
4. No unauthorized price changes
A provider may not demand additional payment from the customer or alter the approved price. Unexpected conditions or scope changes must be documented and approved by We'll Handle That before extra work is performed.
5. Vendor base pricing
The provider must submit accurate base pricing and honor it for the stated commitment period. Future pricing may be updated, but accepted-job payouts change only through an approved change order.
6. Pricing confidentiality and non-circumvention
The provider may discuss scheduling, access and job details, but may not disclose or negotiate the provider payout, accept direct payment, redirect the customer off-platform, or solicit future off-platform work arising from a We'll Handle That introduction.
7. Completion notice and proof
After completing the work, the provider must promptly mark the job complete and submit any required photographs, receipts, disposal documentation, customer sign-off or completion checklist.
8. Provider payment
Provider payout becomes eligible after completion is reported and the required completion proof is received. Payment is issued according to the job-specific terms after reasonable verification that the approved work was completed. Disputed, incomplete, unsafe or materially nonconforming work may require correction or review before payment is released.
9. Customer relationship and payments
Unless written job instructions say otherwise, customers pay We'll Handle That. Providers may not collect money directly, move customers off-platform, or use customer information for unrelated solicitation.
10. Conduct and quality
Providers must communicate professionally, arrive as agreed, protect property, follow safety requirements, and perform work consistent with applicable standards. Repeated complaints, no-shows, unsafe conduct or misrepresentation may result in suspension or removal.
11. Legal review
This is a starter operational agreement and should be reviewed by a Georgia attorney before the platform begins assigning paid jobs.
