Free customer registration

Customers must create a free account before submitting a service request. Registration does not guarantee provider availability, a quote, or completion of any requested work.

Service connection

We'll Handle That may help connect customers with independent service providers. Submission of a request does not guarantee availability, price or completion.

Independent providers

Providers are responsible for their own licenses, insurance, taxes, employees, tools, safety practices and legal compliance. Providers are not employees of We'll Handle That. Approved providers must accept the separate Provider Agreement.

Customer payment and provider payout

Unless stated otherwise in writing, customers pay We'll Handle That for approved work. We'll Handle That pays the provider according to the agreed provider payout after the provider reports completion, submits required proof, and the work is reasonably verified. Customers should not pay providers directly unless specifically authorized in writing.

Quotes and changes

Customers should approve a confirmed quote before work begins. Scope changes should be documented and approved.

Reviews

Reviews must describe genuine experiences and may be moderated or declined. Users may not submit defamatory, fraudulent, threatening or privacy-invasive content.
